The challenge
At NUNUNU, the same product can be part of different shopping experiences. The shipping country and the relevant inventory shape what can be bought; images, sizes and the way items are presented shape how shoppers choose. The rebuild had to bring together the brand's language, customer needs and the operations behind the store.
The challenge: build a new store that expresses the brand and fits the reality of selling internationally. Beyond design, it had to respect the existing split between markets and warehouses, improve the mobile experience and let the team manage content and collections.
The solution
We worked on several layers at once: look and feel, product pages, purchase flows and content management. Every change was reviewed as part of the shopper's path, from choosing an item to adding it to the cart, with care to fit the existing operating structure.
A new store, fitted to how the business runs
We rebuilt the store and adapted it to work with different inventory and shipping countries, taking into account the existing market and warehouse logic and its effect on item and size availability.
One product page, several ways to see the item
We implemented a unified product page with separate images for boys and girls, so the same item can be shown in different contexts from a single page.
From a single item to a complete look
We developed a Shop the Look experience for buying several items that make up a look, including bundle price display and bundle size charts to support choosing multiple items together.
Feedback throughout the purchase
We added dynamic feedback when a product is added to the cart and handled the case where an item in the cart sells out. Small interface moments where the shopper needs to understand what happened and what to do next.
Mobile, and content the brand controls
We improved the mobile menu and the top area of the site, and added editing options for the home page and hero: typography, links and image-to-text spacing, so the brand team can adapt the display to changing content and collections.
What was built?
A renewed store adapted to NUNUNU's international operations, richer product pages, complete-look shopping and content tools for the team. The project shows how design and development meet in the details of the shopping experience and the operational needs the site has to support.
