The challenge
Every promotion needs an exact translation to the site: which products are included, what's excluded and how the offer reaches the customer. Small details in the cart and on product pages need ongoing care too.
The solution
We supported Shopify store operations and adjustments for commercial activity. We set up a dedicated discount code for HOT club members, excluding the rugs collection, and added review widgets to product pages. We also worked with the theme vendor on a cart display bug and tested the fix.
The result
A HOT club member offer set up to the promotion's terms, review widgets on product pages and a fixed cart display — part of our ongoing support for the store's commercial activity.
